First Friday Artwalk

The Art Galleries of Saint Augustine founded and sponsors the award-winning First Friday Art Walk event on the first Friday of every month. Galleries open their doors from 5 to 9 p.m., offering new art exhibits and lively receptions to the public.

Be sure to stop by and visit STA Marketplace favorites including High Tide Gallery Art and Gifts and W.B. Tatter Studio Gallery.

St. Augustine Book Festival

September 2, 9 and 16, 2023 at 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Ximenez-Fatio House Museum

The St. Augustine Book Festival is held September 2nd, September 9th, and September 16th at the Ximenez-Fatio House Museum, located in downtown St. Augustine. This incredible event for locals and visitors alike will feature book signings, meet and greets with authors, presentations about their books, historic house tours of the 225+ year-old Ximenez-Fatio House Museum, as well as local attractions and vendors.

Lincolnville Porch Festival

New to this year's programming, Sing Out Loud will welcome Lincolnville Porch Fest in Lincolnville Historic District on Saturday, September 16!

This treasured event celebrates the talents of local St. Augustine musicians against the backdrop of one of the area’s most historic neighborhoods. Throughout the day, you can find 25 bands performing on 5 different stages around Lincolnville, culminating in a finale at Colonial Oak Music Park later that evening.

This event is free and open to the public!

The Vilano Beach Market

The third Saturday of every month, head to the Vilano Beach Artisan Market. This cool market lines the beautiful sidewalks of Vilano Road and hosts dozens of local vendors, artists and artisans.

A perfect evening is in store as you sip a glass of wine or a cold beer from the cash bar , shop locally made goods, sway to the music of those beachy tunes and stop in at Puccini’s to purchase a delicious hot slice of pizza.

St. Augustine Amphitheatre Night Market

On Tuesday, September 19, be sure catch The St. Augustine Amphitheatre Night Market from 5pm-9pm!

In partnership with Sing Out Loud’s friends at The St. Augustine Amphitheatre Farmers Market, this September's Night Market will feature live music by Skin & Bonz with square dancing on The Front Porch, plus handmade arts, crafts, and goods from some of your favorite local vendors.

The Night Market will also have a variety of local food trucks and vendors onsite - making it the perfect night out with friends and family! This event is free and open to the public.

Sing Out Loud: Francis Field Showcase

Sing Out Loud Festival returns this September with the first-ever Francis Field Showcase in downtown St. Augustine featuring performances by The Black Keys, Mumford & Sons, Maggie Rogers, Lord Huron, Elle King, Amos Lee, Yola, S.G. Goodman and War Hippies!

The two-day Francis Field Showcase is the newest addition to Sing Out Loud Festival programming, further establishing September as “The Month of Music” in northeast Florida.

Give Kids the World Day

Enjoy an incredible day of family fun for an even more incredible cause during the 25th Annual Give the Kids the World Day.

Hosted by Guy Harvey Resort in St. Augustine Beach, this event features music, a youth art show, an abundance of kids’ activities, local vendors, pool time, silent and live auctions, raffle prizes and awesome food and drinks.

ALL proceeds from this annual fundraising event benefit Give Kids the World Village, a nonprofit providing FREE vacations to critically ill children and their families. GKTW Village is an 84-acre storybook resort located in central Florida that provides the bravest kids and their families with an all-expense paid weeklong trip including accommodations, dining and tickets to nearby attractions.

With amazing auction items and prizes, this event is an opportunity to win big while making an even bigger impact on the lives of children who need a vacation most. So grab the family and head to the beach September 23rd to help Give Kids the World!

Pumpkin Festival and Handmade Market

Wesley Wells Farms’ second annual Pumpkin Festival is happening Saturday, September 30th from 9-5pm.

The fields will be open for you-pick pumpkins plus their stuff-the-bucket produce pick. Fill your bucket with a variety of fresh vegetables you can harvest straight out of the field yourself for one flat rate. Or shop the produce stand for pre-picked veggies, farm merch, and more!

Don’t miss visiting the farm animals and be sure to check out our information boards posted throughout the farm with fun facts, jokes, and important growing info we want our community to know.

St. Augustine Songwriters Festival

September 29 through October 1, 2023

In partnership with Sing Out Loud, St. Augustine Songwriters Festival offers a unique perspective on the music scene by bringing hit songwriters to historic downtown St. Augustine. In addition to performing their chart-topping hits, songwriters will share testimonies, and offer a rare behind-the-scenes glimpse into their writing processes.

Participating venues include Colonial Oak Music Park, Prohibition Kitchen, St. Augustine Distillery, and Tradewinds Lounge.
